Our interview process is rigorous and focused—not just on skills, but on motivation and cultural fit. For every shortlisted candidate, we provide detailed profile notes to help clients make informed decisions.

Process

Typically, we present a shortlist of 6–8 strong contenders per role. Every shortlisted candidate receives objective feedback, and we respond to every applicant post-offer—because respect and transparency matter.

Psychometric Testing & Assessment

At searchlight we believe strongly in the ethical delivery of assessments and their professional use when selecting candidates that fit the role.

Through a sophisticated assessment platform, we are able to give our clients an extra level of insight into their shortlisted candidates reducing the change of our clients hiring the wrong person for the role.

We partner with Julia Perry, Managing Director of UImpact who works with boards to optimise management teams and identify outstanding ‘A Player’ candidates. Julia, a fully accredited behavioural analyst and a qualified executive coach, oversees the assessment and provides detailed analysis to assist clients in the final decision-making process.
